RoleCall AI Terms of Service

Effective: August 20, 2026

These Terms govern your use of RoleCall AI, including its calling, character-creation, Community, and purchasing features. By creating an account, purchasing credits, publishing content, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RoleCall AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all recipients, instructions, content, purchases, and activity associated with it. Information you provide must be accurate, and you may not access another person's account without authorization.

2. Consent and lawful calling

You may call only a recipient who has given prior permission to receive an AI-generated entertainment call at the number provided. Each time you add a recipient or start a call, you represent that valid consent exists and that your use complies with applicable law. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and you must not call a person who has asked not to be called or whose number has been blocked by RoleCall AI.

RoleCall AI is not intended for telemarketing, political outreach, debt collection, commercial solicitation, emergency communications, or unsolicited calling. You may not disable, evade, or contradict any consent or AI-related disclosure provided by the service.

3. Entertainment use

RoleCall AI is intended for consensual entertainment, fictional roleplay, character conversations, and comedy. Mature themes, disagreement, sarcasm, and profanity may be permitted when they remain lawful, non-threatening, and consistent with these Terms. Fictional discussion does not permit instructions or assistance for real-world wrongdoing.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use RoleCall AI to facilitate fraud, deception for material gain, phishing, theft, extortion, blackmail, stalking, harassment, credible threats, exploitation, or other unlawful or harmful conduct. You also may not:

5. Characters, voices, and content rights

You retain responsibility for every name, image, description, prompt, audio sample, voice, likeness, trademark, and other item you upload, publish, or use. You may use content only when you own it, have permission, or are otherwise legally entitled to use it. RoleCall AI's technical acceptance of content does not grant rights, establish fair use, or imply affiliation or endorsement.

You may not unlawfully impersonate another person or organization, upload private recordings without permission, falsely present a character as official or endorsed, or copy substantial protected dialogue or other material. You may not use a character in a manner likely to make a recipient believe that the call is an authentic communication from a real person or organization when that confusion could cause harm.

6. Creator Studio and Community

Creator Studio may let you create characters, configure voices, add profile images, and publish characters to Community. Characters are private unless you choose to publish them. When published, their profiles, approved images, and generated voices may be visible and usable by other signed-in users.

Public content may be reviewed by automated systems and users may like, report, or hide it. RoleCall AI may filter, restrict, unpublish, or remove content based on safety checks, reports, legal requests, rights complaints, suspected manipulation, or violations of these Terms. RoleCall AI does not manually approve every character, and publication does not constitute endorsement or a legal determination concerning the content.

7. Safety controls, destinations, and limits

RoleCall AI may evaluate character profiles and call instructions before or during a call. The service may refuse, redirect, delay, or end activity that appears prohibited or presents a safety, legal, operational, or abuse risk. Automated systems are not perfect, and you remain responsible for your use even when content passes a check.

RoleCall AI may restrict destinations and apply account, recipient, preview, character, purchase, duration, and simultaneous-call limits. Standard U.S. geographic and toll-free numbers may be supported. Emergency, crisis, public-service, premium-rate, and other sensitive or unsupported destinations may be blocked. We may change these controls when reasonably necessary to protect users and recipients, maintain service reliability, or comply with law and provider requirements.

8. Caller ID

Calls may use a RoleCall-owned number or a personal number you control and verify. You may not spoof, falsify, or manipulate Caller ID. RoleCall AI may rotate, restrict, replace, or remove calling numbers to maintain service quality, protect recipients, and comply with legal or provider requirements.

9. Credits and purchases

Credits are consumable digital items used for eligible calls. Available packs, quantities, and prices are displayed before purchase. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold except where required by law.

RoleCall AI may automatically return a credit under its technical refund rules when a call is not completed, is not answered, or reaches voicemail. A refund is not guaranteed in every circumstance, and successful connection, duration, audio quality, or recipient participation is not guaranteed. Marketplace purchases are also governed by the applicable marketplace's terms. We may correct duplicate grants, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or technical errors.

10. Audio and data processing

RoleCall AI does not provide users with saved call or reaction recordings in its current version. Audio and speech may be processed temporarily during an active call to provide AI responses, safety functions, and live listening. Operational, account, purchase, moderation, call, consent, refund, and troubleshooting records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party services and availability

RoleCall AI relies on communications, artificial-intelligence, voice, hosting, verification, security, and marketplace providers. Their services may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or subject to separate terms. RoleCall AI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, call delivery, moderation accuracy, voice or character accuracy, marketplace approval, or any particular result.

12. Enforcement and termination

We may investigate suspected misuse and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts; remove credits; block destinations; disable content or voices; preserve relevant records; or cooperate with service providers and lawful requests. Purchased credits do not authorize prohibited conduct.

13. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoleCall AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the service. You are responsible for your use and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoleCall AI and its operators from claims, penalties, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your calls, content, lack of required consent, rights violations, unlawful conduct, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

14. Account deletion, changes, and contact

You may request account deletion through the app. Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, refunds, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
